Kim England, CMHC

Kim England has been practicing as a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC) for the past five years. She specializes in the treatment of anxiety, trauma, depression, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, LGBTQ issues, and relationship issues. Kim has experience with a diverse clientele in both inpatient and outpatient settings specifically working with clients who have experienced trauma.
She is certified in and utilizes EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy). Kim feels that EMDR allows the element of choice and allows insight not often found in traditional therapeutic approaches. Kim has worked for programs specializing in trauma, trauma in attachment, substance dependency, and with children in foster care. She is most experienced working with children ages 12 and older as well as adults.
Kim believes the foundation to healing happens when her client acquires the ability to become grounded and centered in working past their anxiety, shame, depression, or personal struggles. Kim firmly views the client therapist relationship as being key to success in therapy. In her therapy she incorporates an emphasis on building on the client’s individual strengths while working through personal struggles.
Elizabeth Harrop, APRN

Elizabeth Harrop is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) and a Board-Certified Advanced Practice Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse (PMHNP-BC). Beth is a graduate of the University of Utah’s psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner program.
She is board certified and experienced in treating clients of all ages across the lifespan with a specific focus on children and adolescents from age 6 and up. She is experienced in working with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, attention-deficit disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, and substance abuse disorders.
She has many years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings. She has a unique ability to connect with her clients and views mental health treatment as a collaborative effort. She is an advocate of the combined approach of psychotropic medication management and psychotherapy. She has over ten years of nursing experience in psychiatry, women’s health and working in the juvenile justice system, as well as a Master Degree in School Guidance Counseling.
Georgann Ranks (Jann), CMHC

Georgann is a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC). She has a Master of Science in Professional Counseling from Westminster College and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Utah. She has treated a variety of individuals with mental health and/or relationship problems with a focus on trauma.
Georgann has an array of experience in individual therapy and family therapy including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She is certified in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) for children who have trauma. She is experienced in leading substance abuse and process groups.
Pat Ringold, CMHC

Pat Ringold is a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with more than 20 years of experience as a counselor. Pat has appreciated contributing to clients in varied environments. She has experience with a broad range of life challenges. She has worked in crisis settings, on military posts, in community mental health clinics, and with groups. She supports those who have trauma history and attachment disruptions, as well as challenges with anxiety, depression, and substance use.
She is a certified Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist who is trained in resource building, imagery, Seeking Safety, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Her clients experience success in building on and expanding their strengths using individualized combinations of evidence-based approaches. Pat received her Masters from the University of Dayton.
Zane Swim, LCSW

Zane states he has been blessed with a unique and varied life that has included many and varied successes, struggles, disappointments, and has learned from his personal experiences. He served for 25+ years in law enforcement as a Patrol Officer, Detective, and SWAT. Zane also spent many years in Law Enforcement Training as an Officer, Sergeant, and Lieutenant. He has had many experiences that have allowed him to accept and learn from individuals and families and understand the needs for changes in their lives and how to facilitate those changes.
Zane is an LCSW, with a Masters in Social Work, educated at Ricks College, BYU, and the U of U. Zane has experience in treating substance abuse, depression, anxiety, crisis management, PTSD, job changes, disciplinary, advancement challenges, and marriage and family counseling. He enjoys the challenges of new clients and assisting those who are willing to learn, grow, and overcome the challenges of life to and to grow and attain what they want in life.
Zane utilizes CBT, as well as many other modalities in his practice and continues learning new modalities and training to best serve his clients.
